Drain Maintenance – If the most important task in a food processing plant is cleaning and sanitation, then drain maintenance is a close second.  The rinse water from food preparation and washdown has to be removed quickly and efficiently as standing water can host unsanitary conditions along with bad odors and bacteria.  While some plants prefer bioenzymatic drain solutions like LBE, other plants prefer non-bioenzymatic drain solutions like Drain Ox.
