No Contact Infrared Thermometers (NCITs) are one of the FDA & CDC recommended methods for obtaining an individuals temperature. NCITs may be used to reduce the risk of cross-contamination to limit the risk of spreading disease. The No-Contact Infrared Thermometer is an easy to use approach that measures and displays temperatures rapidly. This unit features an oversized multi-color display with a colored fever alert for elevated temperatures; in conjunction with the numerical measurement, a green display for normal temperatures, orange display for low-grade fever, and a red display for a high fever will be featured on the screen.
