RETURN POLICY

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and must be initiated through a Momar salesperson or via customer.service@momar.com.  Returns received without an RMA may not be received and/or credited/refunded.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT

For items damaged during transit, the shipment must be refused due to damage or the damage must be noted with the carrier during the time of receipt in order for a claim to be filed with the carrier and for a return and/or credit and/or refund to be applied.  If the shipment is received without damage being noted with the carrier, then the item(s) will not be eligible for return and/or credit and/or refund. 

STANDARD ITEM RETURN POLICY

Return of standard items that are deemed defective, or for products that do not meet our quality specification standards are eligible for a full refund, credit, or replacement as long as an RMA is initiated within 30 days of delivery of the item.  Items returned for any reason other than defect or quality are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus any additional charges associated with return freight.  An RMA does not guarantee a credit or refund; returns to stock must pass through Momar’s quality control approval.  Returns without an RMA will not be eligible for credit, refund, or replacement.

SPECIAL ITEM RETURN POLICY

For returns of special items, the same policy described above will be applicable, however, these returns must be initiated 10 days from receipt of the product.  When returning special items, additional details will be provided during the return process as they may vary depending on the warehouse where the items are inventoried.

NON-STANDARD NON-STOCK ITEM RETURN POLICY

All sales of non-standard non-stock items are final and are not returnable under any circumstances other than damage caused by the freight carrier, and only if the damage was noted with the carrier during the time of delivery.

‘Standard Items’ are those that Momar manufactures or carries as part of its regular line of Solutions. 

‘Special Items’ are those that are not directly manufactured by Momar, but they are still a part of its regular line of Solutions.

‘Non-Standard Non-Stock Items’ are those that Momar does not typically carry in its regular line of Solutions. For further clarification of the item categories listed above, please contact your Momar salesperson, or contact customer.service@momar.com.
