Marble, terrazzo, ceramic, travertine, granite, slate, concrete, and Spanish tile sealer. Super penetrating formulation assists with adhesion to low-porosity surfaces. A combination of thermoplastic resins and metal interlocking polymers provides a detergent resistant base on hard surface floors for all of Momar's floor coatings and finishes.

25% solids
Can be stripped with One-Way or 2-Way
Enhances gloss and durability while protecting the floor from wear and tear
Coverage rate of 1,000 - 1,250 square feet per gallon, 2-4 coats recommended
Perfect for helping Tough-As-Nails adhere to hard, smooth, non-porous flooring
