Resin Cleaner
AquaTrol 15123 is a liquid formulation for cleaning fouled sodium zeolite softener resin beds. It is highly effective in removing foulants such as iron, silt and suspended solids. 15123 incorporates sequestrates and reducing agents for removing these common foulants which reduce resin bed capacity. Iron is one of the most common and serious forms of softener or resin, fouling and it is effectively removed by 15123. This product can be used as both on-line and off-line cleaner for fouled resin beds to restore previous ion exchange capacity, and it may also be used for preventive maintenance with each softener regeneration to provide continued optimum service from your softener resin bed.
