Open and Closed System Cleaner and Inhibitor
AquaTrol 13710 is a multi-component corrosion inhibitor for treating open recirculating systems and closed systems. 13710 combines two separate corrosion inhibitor technologies to give long lasting corrosion protection with minimum maintenance attention. The basic inhibitor system incorporates a proprietary inhibitor that is designed to protect both copper and steel from corrosion and forms a protective film over metal surfaces. This unique blend in 13710 assures corrosion protection on non-ferrous metals and effectively protect metal surfaces against oxygen attack. This inhibitor system provides added protection not available in standard nitrite-borate formulations. In addition to protection from corrosion inhibition, 13710 is an excellent cleaner to remove both biofilm build-up and oil film build-up on metal surfaces. In air washers, this product is proven to keep screens free of fouling associated with biological growth and oils.
