Condensate Pan Treatment
Kills mold, mildew, and algae year round. A microbiocide for commercial and industrial air conditioning drip pans, dehumidifiers, fan coil units, ceiling units, reach-in coolers, roof-top units, computer room equipment, refrigerated vending machines, swamp coolers, display cases, and storage walk-ins. Problems such as odors being carried from the pans throughout the facility or water damage resulting from condensate overflow due to a clogged drain tube can be the early stages of Legionaire's Disease. The placement of No-Slime Strips into the condensate pans of all air conditioning and refrigeration units will prevent slime, eliminate odors, and keep drain tubes flowing freely.
