V.E.S. is a low toxicity, high-purity, aliphatic solvent composed primarily of C12 - C16 cycloparaffinic and isoparaffinic hydrocarbons. V.E.S. has a specific gravity of 0.821 g/ml, which equates to 6.847 pounds per gallon. The CAS# of this material is 64742-47-8. It meets the definition of an LVP-VOC because it has a low vapor potential with a vapor pressure of 0.02 torr @20ºC. As such, the VOC of V.E.S. is 0 pounds per gallon (0g/ml). Excellent for parts washing, degreasing, and other industrial applications.
