Perfect for restaurants, institutional kitchens, and any facility with ovens or grills.  Removes baked-on grease, carbon, soot, and grime on contact.  Rapidly cleans ovens, grills, broilers, griddles, hoods, fryers, pots, pans, stove tops, rotisseries, racks, drip pans, porcelain, counters, burners, and non-aluminum cooking utensils.  Use on warm or cold surfaces. This formula has been authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.  Will not harm cast-iron, stainless steel, concrete, tile, or stone surfaces.
