AquaTrol 14612 is a non-volatile oxygen scavenger used to remove oxygen from boiler feedwater prior to it entering a boiler system.  14612 is also an excellent metal passivator helping to protect boiler system surfaces from corrosion.  This product is FDA approved because it is non-volatile so none of the product enters the steam/condensate system. AquaTrol 14612 can also be fed strictly as a metal passivator to boiler systems as well as to hot loop systems that are experiencing corrosion to help curb system corrosion.
