  • Increases micro surface hardness, reduced friction, reduced heat build up and extended life  Nitride process case hardening resulting in superior tool life and exceptional corrosion resistance
  • Nitride process diffuses nitrogen into the surface to create a case hardening resulting in superior tool life and exceptional corrosion resistance
  • Modifies the carbon micro-structure through precipitation of carbides increasing resistance to wear
  • Heavy Duty 135° Split-Point for self-centering and quick penetration
