COALTROL™ 100

CoalTrol™ 100 is a foamable dust suppressant that utilizes a unique blend of wetting agents to control dust emissions in the unloading, transfer, and storage of coal and other friable materials. CoalTrol™ 100 binds coal fines to larger lump coal, which reduces fugitive dust at the application point and further downstream. It produces a high-expansion foam that provides maximum coverage with minimal moisture addition in order to reduce BTU loss. CoalTrol™ 100 is excellent for use on suppressing process dust, as well as for facility washdown applications. Compatible with Momar's Freedom Foamer and Foam-It units.

  • Super wetting chemistry binds coal fines to larger lump coal to reduce fugitive dust emissions
  • Long-lasting foam reduces the number of application points required to control dust problems
  • Dilutes 1:50 - 1:200 and is usually applied at 0.3 - 0.7 gallons of solution per ton
