Torrent 700 Parts Washer features a synergistic combination of heat, pressure, and chemistry. Unlike traditional parts washers that use petroleum or chlorinated solvents, Torrent Parts Washers use aqueous-based chemistries with improved safety and environmental profiles. Capable of heating the aqueous cleaning solution to 131°F for improved utilization of the active cleaning ingredients and increased solubilization of oils, greases, and grime. Tough deposits are easily blasted away by the high-pressure, foot-pedal activated, maneuverable spray nozzle capable of spraying at pressures as high as 450 PSI. The hand-activated air blower is capable of releasing a jet stream of compressed air at 90 to 150 PSI to dry and remove any loose debris or soils from the parts after initial cleaning. The sink on the upper half of the machine features an enclosed area that allows the operator full visibility through the sealed window. The lid has an integrated viewing window to allow proper visibility during use and two integrated glove ports that allow the user to handle the nozzle, air blower, and the parts being cleaned while protecting the user’s hands. The protective, textured grip gloves are composed of chemically resistant nitrile to allow the operator to safely handle the parts being cleaned while protecting the user from contact with grease, grime, and cleaning solutions.
