 Division: MoChem
Highly concentrated odor control additive that neutralizes fugitive odors on contact. Designed for use in air scrubbers at extremely low feed rates ranging from 2-9 ppm. High oxidation potential allows Windscreen to provide superior odor control more cost-effectively than sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and chlorine dioxide chemistries. Shortly after application, Windscreen degrades to non-toxic compounds: water, oxygen, and carbon dioxide. No halogenated by-products or THMs.
- Effective -- removes ammonia and sulfur odors
- Stable in storage -- long shelf life of 12+ months
- Versatile -- minimal pH and temperature dependance
- Non-chlorinated -- no hazardous chlorinated by-products
- Synergized dual action -- PAA and H2O2 active ingredients
- Safe in air scrubbers -- mitigates alkaline deposits, mineral scale, and rust
- Environmentally-preferable -- biodegradable, organic, no toxic by-products, low aquatic toxicity
- Safe downstream -- contributes no conductivity or TDS, reduces alkalinity, and raises dissolved oxygen (D.O.)
Windscreen is not a pesticide, and makes no claims of controlling microbial activity.
