INHIBIT 14837 is an organic corrosion and scale inhibitor for low pressure steam boilers and steam generators that use softened, RO, or demineralized make-up water. It works by forming a protective film on metal surfaces in the boiler, condensate line, condensate return tank, feed water tank, and deaerator. 14837 provides protection in systems containing aluminum, copper, carbon steel and mixed metallurgies by passivating the surface of the metals.
