Peragreen WW is a peracetic acid based microbiocide designed to control bacteria and algae growth in wastewater treatment systems. Composed of 15% peroxyacetic acid and 22% hydrogen peroxide. Effective against numerous cold or warm water microorganisms. Designed to reduce bacteria in wastewater systems to meet permit requirements and eliminate chemical waste-off due to exposure. 

  • No harmful disinfection byproducts associated with other common microbiocides
  • Can be applied alone or in conjunction with other systems, such as UV light
  • Lower cost option for disinfection of wastewater 
  • Less corrosive than Sodium Hypochlorite
  • High reactivity and oxidation potential
  • A neutralizing agent is not needed
