Calcium chloride pellets are composed of 94-97% pure calcium chloride pellets creating a highly efficient ice and snow melter, capable of melting snow and ice 2 to 5 times faster than traditional rock salt and blended ice melters. Snow and ice begins melting immediately upon contact, generating melting heat. Safe on concrete and vegetation when used correctly.
