Advanced generation 7 locomotive engine oil designed to meet the performance requirements of the Locomotive Maintenance Officers Association (LMOA) for Tier IV locomotives. Formulated with a premium anti-wear and corrosion inhibitor package to protect both ferrous and yellow-metals, while dispensancy and detergency additives eliminate sludging. Decreases oil consumption and lowers emissions even when utilized in severe opporating conditions. Versatile for locomotive applications in medium-speed two-cycle and four-cycle diesel engines, with the ability to be backwards compatible with older Progress Rail (EMD) and Wabtec (GE) engines when combined with used oil analysis and condition-based monitoring. Ideal for use in EMD
and GE engines in railroad, marine, and power generation applications.
