Programmable single point grease dosing system.  The cartridges are filled by the manufacturer with LuBest grease.  The system is comprised of the Perma Star Vario, which is the electromechanical drive unit; the lubrication cartridge (LC), which holds the grease; and the battery pack, which powers the unit. The Star Vario is programmable to deliver precise amounts of grease for up to a year regardless of temperature. The LC's are available with 60, 120, 250, or 500 cc of grease. The battery pack uses long life alkaline technology.  The unit will alarm when the LC is getting low on grease, the battery needs changing, or any other error occurs. Changing out the LC is simple. Just twist off the old one and twist on the new.  The LC can be sized to accommodate the grease usage or the available space.   Currently, the manufacturer is filling cartridges with Titan Extreme Green #1, Ivory 3333 and Polyshield EM, but other LuBest greases will be available in the future.
