Momar, Inc., a leading specialty manufacturer of general maintenance and sanitation chemicals, has formed a strategic partnership with Los Angeles-based Widespread Industrial Supplies, Inc. Under the shared services agreement, Momar will offer strategic, capital, and administrative support to the 15-year-old industrial supply company.

Based in Los Angeles County, Superco brings a strong line of 500 products and 32 experienced professionals to the family-owned and operated firm.

June 1, 2015, is the deadline for chemical manufacturers to comply with all of the provisions of OSHA HazCom 2012. This information was communicated by using Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). Even through a revision that occurred in 1994, the MSDS has remained unchanged for many years.
