Butyl degreaser that contains synthetic detergents, water softeners, alkaline builders, corrosion inhibitors, and water-soluble solvents. Cleans and degreases most industrial and institutional equipment and surfaces. Can be used as a general purpose cleaner, floor cleaner, wax and floor finish stripper, engine degreaser and for a variety of other cleaning challenges. May be used by hand or through steam or pressure cleaning equipment, automatic scrubbers, etc. Formulation does not contain petroleum or chlorinated solvents, acids or caustics, zinc or phosphates.

Non-caustic - will not harm metal surfaces, including aluminum
Non-acid - will not harm stone, grout, concrete, brick, or masonry
Dissolves and removes food grease as well as many industrial greases and oils
Non-flammable, low VOC, and contains only biodegradable detergents and wetting agents
Dilutes up to 1:64
USDA A1

Recommended as a floor and wall cleaner in all departments of federally-inspected meat and poultry plants. Particularly useful in automotive repair shops, department stores, nursing homes & hospitals, child day care services, eating & drinking establishments, operators of apartment buildings, cleaning & maintenance services, hotels & motels, schools & educational facilities and sports & recreational clubs.
