Hyper-concentrated food processing equipment decarbonizer designed for use on smoke houses and other cooking equipment that gets stained with soot and baked on carbon and grease.  Low-foaming formulation is designed to remove baked-on grease, carbon, and grime on contact.  Rapidly cleans kettles, smoke houses, hoods, ovens, dryers, grills, broilers, griddles, fryers, pots, pans, stove tops, rotisseries, racks, drip pans, porcelain, burners, and non-aluminum utensils.  Will not harm cast-iron, stainless steel, concrete, tile, or stone surfaces.  Use on warm or cold surfaces.  This formula has been authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.
