Stellar Liquid forms a flexible, lubricating shield designed to displace moisture and contaminants while preventing rust and corrosion formation on metal parts. It affords long-term metal parts protection for indoor or outdoor storage. Formulated with state-of-the-art inhibitors that are carried in a water displacing hydrophobic medium, a light coating is recommended to prevent rusting of indoor parts from humidity, salt, and acid, and a heavy coating is recommended to help prevent rust on outdoor parts. Ideal for protecting and minimizing the corrosive actions of high humidity, saltwater fog, acid fumes, and exposure to the elements. The clear lubricating film can be easily removed using one of Momar's solvent-based cleaners such as BCS-5, Speedy Solv, ASAP, or C-Cide. Once removed, parts can be painted. Ideal for use on cables, hoists, pulleys, winches, riggings, machined parts, discs, pipe threads, castings, tools, jigs, stamped parts, and more.
