E.M.O. LOW VISCOSITY

A 70 SUS viscosity USP multifunctional white oil. It can be used as a lubricant or release agent in areas where food contact may occur. It may also be used in other applications that require a USP white oil. The product is odorless, colorless, and tasteless.  Meets or exceeds the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements for food contact applications, 21 CFR 178.3620(a), for direct use in food, 21 CFR 172.878, for applications where incidental food contact may occur, 21 CFR 178.3570, for use in animal feed, 21 CFR 573.680, for use as technical white oils, 21 CFR 178.3620(b), and for use as a plasticizer in polymeric substances, 21 CFR 178.3740. 

  • Ideal for coating and protecting pre-cleaned hooks, trolleys, smokehouses, saws, blades, knives, and other food processing equipment and utensils.
  • Also for use as a release agent for grills, loaf pans, boning benches, chopping blocks, and other hard surfaces to prevent food from adhering
  • Accepted as a lubricant with incidental food contact
