High-foaming, non-corrosive, multi-surface degreaser and detergent. Designed for safe cleaning of food processing equipment such as stainless steel equipment, baking pots, canning equipment, egg breaking machines, tray-pack machines, fillers, fittings, pots, tanks, utensils, and vats. Ideal for pre-cleaning heavily soiled surfaces prior to environmental cleaning applications. Cleaning is enhanced by warming surfaces to 120-150ºF before Racker is applied. Excellent for use in dairies, beverage plants, food processing plants, and industrial plants.

Dilutes 2-8 ounces per gallon
Non-staining, low odor, butyl-free
Removes waxes, oils, greases, and proteins
Can be applied undiluted for heavily soiled surfaces
Self-foaming for increased contact time, free-rinsing
Safe on 304 and 316 Stainless Steel as well as most plastics
