ULTRA LEAN METERING TIP KIT

Ultra lean metering tips for use in Momar proportioners, Foam-It Concentrate Units, MixMasters, etc.  Dilutes from 1:312 to 1:640.  Great for use with Momar's ultra and hyper concentrated products that need extremely high dilution rate precision.  Fits Hydraflex, Dema, Knight, Lafferty, NPT or PC1, PC2, and PC3 Chem-Flex Standard - SST and All-Composite Injectors. These color-coded tips are used to control the amount of chemical that is mixed with the water and the strength of the chemical that is applied vehicles in car wash tunnels.

  • Copper tip - 0.2 ounces of chemical per gallon of water (1:640)
  • Pumpkin tip - 0.3 ounces of chemical per gallon of water (1:427)
  • Burgandy tip - 0.4 ounces of chemical per gallon of water (1:320)
  • Lime tip - 0.41 ounces of chemical per gallon of water (1:312)
